At St. Mary’s Faith Pharmacy, we’re proud to be the Appalachian region’s first free and charitable pharmacy, dedicated to ensuring no one goes without life-saving medications. Located at 5626 Patriot Drive in Wise, Virginia, our pharmacy opened its doors on July 18, 2024, with a mission to bridge the gap in healthcare access for uninsured and underinsured individuals across Southwest Virginia.
Named in honor of the Catholic sisters who founded St. Mary’s Hospital and The Health Wagon, our pharmacy continues their legacy of compassion and service. Since opening, we’ve provided over $33,529 in free prescriptions and, through our Pharmacy Connect program, delivered an additional $171,814 in medications to those in need.
What sets us apart? We offer more than just prescriptions. Our services include a convenient drive-through window, telehealth consultations, and point-of-care testing for conditions like strep and flu. We also provide diabetes education, chronic care management, and screenings for oral cancer and colon cancer. Our goal is to empower our community to live healthier, happier lives.
